Refunds & Exchanges

Goods sold are not returnable.

We will accept returns/exchanges from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment on the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and
  • The item(s) returned to us is(are) in its original condition.

We will extend a full refund/exchange for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. We regret that delivery charges for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.

Please send us a refund/exchange notification via email to support@360chief.com immediately upon receipt of goods if incorrect or defective items are being delivered to you.

Please note that purchases must be sent back and received by us within 7 business days of receipt of the goods. All purchases sent back and received by us after 7 business days of receipt of the goods will not be entertained.

We will examine the item and proceed to refund or exchange within 14 business days.
